How Zappos started with Holacracy

Hear Zappos Implementation Lead Alexis Gonzales-Black tell how Zappos commenced their Holacracy journey. In this podcast, she recalls how Zappos CEO (at the time) Tony Hsieh explained why he wanted the company's organisational structure to resemble that of a city, rather than a traditional management hierarchy. 

For Alexis, working in an HR role at the time, it would prove the trigger for a drastic career change. After co-leading the Holacracy transformation at Zappos, she moved to organisational consultant IDEO where she is now a consultant advocating Holacracy and the Responsive.org movement.
